Anyone can watch the lab work, as it happens: AI co-worker sessions, commits shipped, pages of text the AI read and wrote, whether every public service is up. On 9 Oct 2026, over 500 commits in the last seven days, at least 92% of them made by AI co-workers; people lead, decide and review. The share is a floor: commits only count as AI work if they carry the session marker that exists since 22 Sep 2026. Everything public is a total for the whole lab, never about one person. A second set of dashboards, for the lab's admins, follows spend and health.
