Work/Life 2.0

Showroom

Olaf//Desk

A personal assistant for the paperwork side of a life: post, bills, deadlines and filing, handled, with its owner saying yes to anything that pays or sends.

The second digital co-worker trained on its founder, after Olaf//2, and pointed at the work he is worst at: paying bills, filing papers, submitting things. Letters go into the printer's feeder; a machine at home scans them, an AI model reads what each one is and what it wants, and the paper is filed in the home archive. Every morning one checklist arrives on his phone, and a tick means done. That part has run since 7 October 2026. Mail and the calendar come next. It never pays and never sends anything to another person without his yes, and it says what a letter asks for rather than giving advice.

How it works: letters in the printer's feeder, read and filed by a machine at home, one checklist on the phone each morning. The example items are made up. View full-size screenshot.
